Ft. Hood Victim's Family Speaks Out Against Anti-Muslim Sentiment (VIDEO)

Army chief of staff Gen. George Casey said this weekend that he is concerned that the deadly shooting at Ft. Hood last week could "cause a backlash against some of our Muslim soldiers."

"I've asked our Army leaders to be on the lookout for that," Gen. Casey told CNN on Sunday, stating that "as great a tragedy as this was, it would be a shame if our diversity became a casualty as well."

On Monday, the family of one of the victims offered a hand of support to the Muslim community. Michael Cahill, a physician assistant at the base, was the only civilian to be killed in the attacks, and his family spoke to CBS News to denounce the scapegoating of Muslims.

"You can't blanket a whole group of people. There's extremists in every religion, and there's extremists all over the world," said Cahill's daughter, Kerry. "And I don't think that we can blanket a whole group of people when this man obviously was ill, I think."

Cahill's other daughter, Keely Vanacker, expanded: "The death of our father, or any of these victims, shouldn't be an excuse or reason to begin to hate an entire group of people."

Allah the Atheem (Magnificent) says, ?I did not create the Jinn and Humans for nothing else than to Worship [Admire] me alone.? [Sura 51-Ayat 56] Then Allah the Aziz (All-Mighty) says, ?Perform As-Salat and be alert of your duty to him; and he is whom you shall be collected.? [Sura 6-Ayat 72]

Surely the Salat is what separates the Believers from the Disbelievers.We are commanded by Allah to make five daily Salat. It is a duty put onus by our maker. This duty is neither difficult nor cumbersome to those who have firm belief and fear in Allah.

But for those who may see this as a hard command then answer this question. Let?s say one of the wealthiest business men on the planet; decides that he want to start a challenge. Let?s say his challenge is to take 100 random people from around the world to see who is hard-working, thoughtful, and focused.The challenge last one year and at the end of the challenge the winner receives $100 million dollars, untaxed and undisputed.

The contestants must do one thing to be considered the winner. They must talk to him. They are allowed to do this via E-mail. They must write to him 5 times per day everyday for the rest of the year. They must contact him and let him know about their daily affairs, once in the morning, twice in the afternoon, and twice at night. That?s it. No strings attached no hidden messages just consistency.

Just think many people would love that opportunity. No matter what circumstance they?re in they would find a way to get to a computer and E-mail him. Would you turn that down? Some would go as far as purchasing their own computer(laptop), quitting their job, and completely devote themselves to the contest. Why? Because they believe in his promise and they hope to win no matter if there sick, hurt, or busy.

Unfortunately this is the sad state of the Ummah (nation) today. So many Muslims are finding other things to do rather than making Salat. Just five to ten minutes of you rtime 5 times a day. That?s a little under an HOUR out of a 24hr day! And Allah the Haqq (The True One) promises us way more than $100 million Dollars. Allah the Kareem (Generous) says in the Holy Qur?an, ??In there (Paradise) you shall have all that you've ever desired and you shall have everything you ask for.? [Sura 41-Ayat 31]

Don?t we believe in the promise of Allah? Our Lord asks us in the Holy Qur'an, who is Truer in statement than Allah?? No One! Of Course.

"Do they not see the birds above them, spreading out their wings and folding them in? None upholds them except the Most Beneficent (Allah). Verily, He is the All-Seer of everything." [67:19]

Surely Allah speaks the truth...sometimes we look past or neglect the wonders of Allah. This photo is a reminder...Alhumdulilah!!!

American, Israeli Jewish Terrorist Detained

Teitel told police he was "God's emissary in Israel" and came to kill Palestinians. CAIRO – An American-born Jewish settler has been arrested on charges of a 12-year spree of murderous hate-crimes against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, Haaretz reported on Monday, November 2. Israeli police say Yaakov Teitel, 37, confessed to murdering two Palestinians and planting a bomb that seriously injured a boy from a Messianic Jewish family in Ariel. The American-born is a resident of the Shvut Rachel Jewish settlement in the occupied West bank and works as a settlement guard. He was arrested on October 7 in a neighborhood of Al-Quds (occupied East Jerusalem) inhabited by Ultra-Jewish settlers. His detention remained secret under a three-week gag order until last weekend. Israeli authorities found an arsenal of weapons, including a sniper rifle, an M15 machine gun, an M16 automatic rifle and a Glock pistol, as well as a bomb-making factory in his home.
